Native Heritage Center Alaska – Anchorage

To help you learn about different cultures and Alaska natives, this center teaches about the customs, practices, and the arts. This experience includes walking through native homes, observation ancient practices and performances, and be able to get a better understanding of the importance of hunting and fishing in this vast land.

Iditarod Headquarters – Wasilla

If you have never had the opportunity to see the Iditarod on television, you're missing an incredible adventure. In the Iditarod headquarters, you can learn about this sled dog race of mass. Then, the first Saturday of every March, the ceremonial start of the race takes place in Anchorage to start race Wasilla effective the next day. Exciting and fun, this is truly an amazing experience.

Seal Life Center Alaska – Seward

Of monetary settlement out of the Exxon Valdez oil spill, this center was created to help teach people about marine biology, the life of the closure and rehabilitation of animals. This area of Alaska is fascinating, rich, with an abundance of marine mammals, fish and poultry. Ideal for families, the Alaska Life Center offers exhibits Seal interactive, while teaching about ecosystems in this state. Known as one of the most interesting places to visit, we highly recommend it.

Park Denali National

Denali, which translates as "El Grande" is the native name for the highest peak in North America – Mount McKinley. This saw offers a series of peaks in all types of wildlife live to include bear, wolf, Dall sheep, wolves and moose. If you like the outdoors, you can take a tour of the area or enjoy a day trip. Spread over six million acres, immediately fall in love with natural beauty.

Glacier Bay – Southeast Alaska

In Glacier Bay, you will discover 13 tidal glaciers. Although all are spectacular, the three largest and most impressive include Margerie, Muir, and Johns Hopkins. The glaciers are in the southern half of the state, many of which are accessible on foot or by vehicle. For the more difficult to achieve, you can enjoy magnificent view from plane or ship. To see the largest concentration of calving glaciers in the state, you want to spend time in the Prince William Sound.

Bear Watching

One of the favorite things to do in Alaska is looking for support. With brown, brown, and polar bears, the sight of these amazing creatures is spectacular. Of course, safety rules are important to follow, but the best places to visit include the Anan Wildlife Observatory where black bears feed on salmon stream Pack Creek where brown bears live on the island. In addition, Katmai National Park is an excellent adventure, where from July to September, enjoy-eating grizzly bear migration Salmon and Kodiak Island, the famous place where you see the world's largest bear, the Kodiak brown bear.
