Why Amazon and Rhapsody does not offer MP3 downloads to Puerto Rico?
Rhapsody said it was outside the U.S., and Amazon says it is currently available only 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii … iTunes has no problem with it. There is no shipping involved, and even USPS is the same as the U.S.. My point is, What is the difference to buy MP3 Online Florida, California, Alaska or Hawaii, the purchase of Puerto Rico?
It's probably because there are some aspects different legal, since PR is a common wealth.
