Alaska Rail Travel
Help plan our vacation to Alaska (Anchorage – Denali – Fairbanks – etc.)?
We need help planning our trip to Alaska. We are thinking about moving this route (Http: / / www.travelalaska.com/Samples/Detail.aspx?PackageID=5) that will take us from Anchorage – Denali – Fairbanks – North Rim – Copper Delta Junction Valle – Valdez – Anchorage. The problem is we do not know how to travel from one place to another. We are flying to Anchorage. Take the train to Denali and probably back to the side of Fairbanks. How we can get from Fairbanks and the Far North? Delta Junction to Copper Valley? For Valdez? Valdez returned to Anchorage? Help So please, thanks!
You will have to rent a car or hitchhike (legal in AK). Seriously. Major cities in Alaska are so far with so little in the population aged, there is no public transport outside the major cities. There are tour buses going everywhere, but not cheap. Even in the few exceptions, will stop when they stop would be a slave your schedule.
