What are some good recipes for baked Alaska?

I would appreciate more than one. Homemade recipes are too large.

STRAWBERRY BAKED ALASKA vegetable pie or nonstick cooking spray 4 large eggs 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 1 / 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 / 4 cup flour sifted cake (sifted, then measured) 1 tablespoon 6 tablespoons poppy seeds (3 / 4 stick) unsalted butter, melted, cooled strawberry filling sherbet 2 liters, softened 1 quart strawberry ice cream, soft merengue 6 large egg whites 3 / 4 cup sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract PREPARATION: For the cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 9-inch springform diameter pan with nonstick spray. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large metal bowl to mix. Located in a pan of boiling water bowl (not allowed to touch a bowl of water), stirring constantly until mixture is just warm, about 2 minutes. Remove bowl from over water. Using an electric mixer, beat mixture until very thick and ribbons form when beaters are lifted, about 7 minutes. Add the flour in three additions, gently folding just to combine after each. Stir in poppy seeds, and fast times in the butter in two additions (not overfold). Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake cake until top is golden and a tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 28 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Remove pan sides.
