What do I need to take on holiday to Egypt?

I am going to Hurghada in egypt at the end of July and flying from gatwick London and staying at the primasol titanic resort and aqua park this year with my partner and was wondering what i need to take with me in my suitcase and in my hand luggage I have been told by a friend that i should take a snorkel set and some cooling spray any general travel tips would be great as well for example what would be the most comfortable thing to wear on the plane and what to do about travel sickness that me and my partner both get. and any where that i should go visit during my stay?

dont take a snorkel, you can rent one in the beach of your hotel
take sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun
take cotton clothes to feel comfortable
you will need beach slippers and walking shoes
about your travel sickness , take some pills or ask for them on the flight
when you arrive at the hotel, ask the reception about the activities in the hotel/resort and choose what you like
there are centres in which you can find shops , cafes , restaurants , etc
take sunglasses and your camera
